Crystany's Brasserie is a family-owned and operated 100% gluten free restaurant. When in season, we source local product and make everything in house from our sauces to our deserts! On June 28, 2017, we will be celebrating our one year anniversary. Our Chef Michael Williams received the prestigious Chef of the Year Independant Food Service Award for the Atlantic Provinces. Our little green building on Main St. in Canning is two levels of seating with a second level deck overlooking the Habitant River. Our customers love their experience and tell all of their friends!
